From fitness centres to specialist sports clubs to entertainment venues, SEL has experience working with everyone from community sports clubs to international music artists.

We can stage outstanding events, attract new business to the venue, maintain excellent facility standards and manage the day to day running of venues ranging from small facilities to vast arenas.

Our current contracts include:

• English Institute of Sport Sheffield - A purpose-built specialist sports facility that is home to 60 sports at every level of participation, from Olympic training to community fitness.

• Staveley Healthy Living Centre - Managing the catering contract on behalf of Chesterfield Borough Council.

• Westfield Sports Centre - Management services on behalf of Kier Managed services on the site of Westfield Sports College.

• Tapton Park Golf Course - We operate Tapton Park Golf Course on behalf of Chesterfield Borough Council.

• Troutbeck Bridge Swimming Pool - Operational support and guidance to Life Trust, a Charity operating the community swimming pool at Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria.

Specialist Consultancy

SEL consultancy specialises in managing sports facilities and has the expertise to help your organisation to grow internally or expand into a new and exciting areas of business.

Our experience is based on the successful management of eight sports and fitness venues and four outstanding golf courses in Sheffield and Chesterfield. We are particularly skilled in maximising the usage of sports facilities through design and operation and our clients come from both the public, private and education sectors.

Our other consultancy services include leisure management expertise, legacy management, sports marketing and charitable trust support.

Our expertise in sports and leisure venue management means SEL can develop integrated management systems which are tailored to the needs of the businesses we support.

Each of our ten venues and four golf courses has unique requirements for successful management so we are able to identify and apply the ideal business solutions for individual organisations.

We support our clients at every stage and our services include guidance to develop an integrated management system, complete development of a bespoke service, and ongoing support with systems development.

Because the facilities and operational requirements of each organisation are unique, our packages are flexible. We visit the site regularly and provide off site support by email or telephone with a named advisor.
