Sheffield International Venues Ltd (SIV) is a wholly owned subsidiary, and the operating arm of Sheffield City Trust, which is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
Over recent years the Company has grown significantly and now operates a diverse portfolio of high quality community, commercial and elite standard sporting and entertainment Venues within Sheffield.
These include: - Ponds Forge International Sports Centre - Don Valley Stadium - Woodburn Athletics Centre - Sheffield Arena - Hillsborough Leisure Centre - Concord Sports Centre - iceSheffield - English Institute of Sport, Sheffield - Sheffield City Hall - Beauchief, Birley Wood and Tinsley Park Golf Courses - Westfield Sports Centre
More recently we have formed a new operating Company, SIV Enterprises Ltd (SEL), to take advantage of new opportunities both within Sheffield and throughout the Country.
In addition to paid consultancy, SIV Enterprises Ltd has already been successful in winning two external contracts:

Sean Nolan, Director of Business Development for Sheffield International Venues and SIV Enterprises Limited is responsible for generating new business for Sheffield International Venues Ltd, primarily through its subsidiary SIV Enterprises Ltd.
SIV Enterprises Ltd performs contract management on behalf of clients including Local Authorities and provides specialist consultancy services on the operation of Sports Facilities particularly within its main area of expertise, maximising usage through design and operation.
Sean is also responsible for growing the Fitness Unlimited Brand through franchising and stand alone clubs and is also responsible for the growth of SIV’s overseas business.

In addition we have 6 core values which all Staff are expected to know. These are reinforced as part of the annual staff appraisal process. The performance of each member of staff is gauged against the core values.
