Coached Activities
 Sport can be anything you want it to be - balls, bats, flips and even flops - but most of all it’s got to be fun!
We offer a wide range of classes and programmes specifically created for 5-15 year olds and led by qualified coaches that develop confidence, agility, fitness and performance.
With all the exciting activities available the hardest part is squeezing it all in!
Fitness Unlimited Family Members receive 2 free coached activities per week!

Sports Development
 We all loved learning to swim but did you know that we also provide development lessons in other sports such as Trampolining, Diving, Gymnastics, Badminton, Personal Survival, Ice Skating and Ice Hockey.
