Trampolining is a great way to develop skills. The sport is widely recognised as a training tool for many other gymnastic disciplines and sports such as diving and skating.
Pre School Trampolining (3 - 5 years)
Excellent way to develop new skills and improve co-ordination in this fun and bouncy class for toddlers.
Trampolining (5 - 16 years)
Learn the basics of trampolining including tuck, pikes, piles and straddle jumps through to the key trampoline gymnastic actions which are further developed whilst working towards routines that include higher level skills. At the awards 11-15 stage, Baranis is introduced along with combinations such as back somersaults.
Freestyle Trampolining (11 Years +)
Training sessions aimed to improve inverts, rotations and orientation in the air. Great for moves used in Snowboarding, Skiing, Roller blading, Parkour or just for fun!
Adult Trampolining (16 years - adults)
Adults will be taught the basics of trampolining as well as keeping fit, having fun and progressing to more difficult moves and somersaults.
At Concord Sports Centre Only. It is similar to a taster session which runs continuously for a certain number of weeks and will help to introduce children to trampolining and then hopefully give them the opportunity to join our trampolining programme. For ages 5 - 16 years.
